From a founding seat to the first useful morning.

Start with the studio you already run. The booking system stays. The desk learns it, then waits for you.

  1. 01

    Claim a founding seat

Tell us about the studio and book a call. Seats are for the first studios while this rolls out.

  2. 02

    Connect a read-only export

It works alongside the booking software you already use. A read-only link or a CSV is enough. It does not replace that system.

  3. 03

    Approve the first batch

The Booker, the Partnerships Rep, and the Video Editor come back with drafts. You say yes or you hold them.

  4. 04

    Keep a ten-minute pass

About ten minutes a day. Reminders, partnership notes, and posts wait there. Nothing leaves without you.

A small desk for the whole studio.

Same brain. Separate jobs. The Booker, the Partnerships Rep, and the Video Editor come back when something needs you.

One shared studio brain

Schedule, members, voice, and what is working live in one place. Every employee reads the same picture of the studio.

Nothing sends or posts alone

Reminders, review asks, partnership emails, and videos wait for a yes. If you do not approve it, it does not go out.

One picture of the studio

All three share the schedule, the members, the voice, and what is working, so they do not contradict each other.

Consumers only after they opt in

People are contacted after they reach out or opt in. The Partnerships Rep writes to businesses, and only a draft you approve is sent.

Choose an employee to see the note it brings back, and the yes it waits on.

Answers new leads from ads, the website, and Instagram DMs. Books a trial class, schedules reminders so people show up, checks in when a member stops coming, and drafts a review ask after a great class.

Founding studios

Room for the first studios. No crowd count, because there is not one to publish.

Stories will show up here only after a studio agrees to share one. Until then this block stays empty on purpose.

One voice for leads, partners, and posts.

The three employees write in the studio's voice. You approve the words before they go out. This site is in English.

First case study

Running now at a Las Vegas dance studio.

That is the first studio on the desk. This page does not publish figures from it, and the employees are not live for every studio. Founding seats are how the next studios come on.

A few things to know before you book.

What is DanceStudio.dev?

DanceStudio.dev gives a dance studio three AI employees that share one brain about the studio: its schedule, members, voice, and what is working. The owner approves their work in about ten minutes a day.

Are the employees available to every studio?

No. They are rolling out to founding studios now. They are not live for every studio. A first case study is running at a Las Vegas dance studio. This page does not publish figures from it.

Do I have to replace my booking software?

No. It works alongside the booking software you already use. A read-only connection or a CSV export is enough. It does not replace that system, and this page does not name specific booking products as supported.

What do I actually do each day?

A short approval pass, about ten minutes. You read what each employee prepared and say yes before a reminder, a business email, or a video can go out.

Will they message people who have not opted in?

No. Consumer contact happens only after someone reaches out or opts in. The Booker answers leads who already wrote. The Partnerships Rep does not cold-contact consumers.

Who does the Partnerships Rep contact?

Local businesses, working outward from the studio in a spiral: gyms, coffee shops, salons, bridal shops, offices, apartment complexes, venues, and wedding planners. It drafts partnership, corporate-class, and package-deal emails. You approve each one before it is sent.

What does the Video Editor need from me?

Class and event footage, and a yes on the cut. It prepares short-form posts with captions in the studio's voice. It does not publish anything until you approve it.

What is a founding seat?

A place in the first group of studios. One seat is the whole desk: The Booker, the Partnerships Rep, and the Video Editor on one shared brain. Book a call and we will walk through whether it fits. There is no checkout on this page.

How do I reach you?

Email hello@dancestudio.dev or book a call from this page. The sample chats here are illustrative examples with fictional data.

Meet the desk.
